First, visit your Rockbot dashboard or use the Rockbot Remote App (link to app) to confirm your player is online and streaming. Then connect a standard set of headphones/earbuds into the audio port on your Rockbot Player or into the adapter cable.
If you hear audio playing:
- Verify that the amplifier/receiver is connected to the proper source, cables are secure and the volume is turned up on the amplifier
- If still no audio, a technician may be to be contacted for further troubleshooting on the amplifier
If you do not hear audio playing:
- Power cycle the Rockbot Player by unplugging the power adapter, wait until all lights are off of the player and then plug the adapter back in. Contact Rockbot Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 415-813-6020 Ext 1 for further troubleshooting
