If you are not seeing any lights on the Ethernet jack on the back of the Rockbot Player and your Player is offline, the device is not detecting anything connection attached to the other end of the network cable.
During this time, your Player may still be playing music however it is playing from the cached music stored on the SD card. To get your Rockbot Player back online and actively streaming music, check the following items
- Confirm that the ethernet cable is firmly connected into the Rockbot Player and into the switch/router on the other end- it should click into place on both ends
- Confirm that there is power going to the switch/router
- Try using a different ethernet cable to connect into the Rockbot Player and into the switch/router
Once the network connection is reestablished the player will resume normal operation and you will see a solid green and other lights on the back.
