This could be caused by one of two issues. The first being bandwidth related as there is not enough bandwidth available at your site. This can also be caused if you have small network dropouts during the day as the web player does not have a cache or buffer. The second being that Rockbot might not have access to all of the secure servers needed to stream audio. Please make sure the Firewalls can be updated for the Rockbot Media player to have unrestricted outbound access.
