This means that your Rockbot Media Player is playing from the buffer, this is a sign that it does not have an outbound Internet connection and is unable to reach our servers.
Review the following items in your current set up
- Make sure your Ethernet cable is connected into your Rockbot Player and into a modem/router, you should see a green and blinking amber light next to the ethernet cable connected into your Rockbot Player
- Confirm that the Rockbot Player has unrestricted outbound Internet access and there haven't been any recent changes to your network
- Ensure that you are not having any internet issues that would cause your Player to be in an offline mode
If you are having internet issues, the player will resume normal operation once an outbound Internet connection is restored.
If everything is connected correctly as stated above, give your Rockbot Player a hard reboot by pulling the power cable, waiting 10 seconds and then plugged it back into the Player. The Player will reboot itself without you having to press start on your web portal.
If you hear the music resume, but your player is still offline, you may not be receiving full internet access to the device. Trying a new ethernet cable or a different port on the router or reboot your modem or router.
