There are a few places in your dashboard where you can find a variety of statistics.
Scrolling to the bottom of the homepage displays the "Venue Edit Log". This displays the most recent changes to your venue, when, and by which member of your staff. To see more of this information, click "View More..." or select the "Staff" tab from the side navigation. Your venue's "Activity Log" is displayed below the "Current Staff" section on this page.
If you are subscribed to the Rockbot Engage plan, you will also see a "Stats and Rankings" section on the homepage, above the "Venue Edit Log". Here you can see the number of Users, Check-ins, Plays, and Votes at your venue within a specific time range and how you stack up compared to other venues.
Engagement (Rockbot Engage Only)
By subscribing to the Rockbot Engage plan, you are granted access to the "Engagement" tab located in the side navigation of your venue dashboard. Both of the tabs in this section have important venue statistics you can utilize described below.
Allowed Music (Rockbot Engage Only)
The Allowed Music section of the engagement tab shows you the percentage of Rockbot's 14 Million+ song library you have made available for your customers to pick. You can edit the available music by genre and subgenre here as well as set appropriate times for a specific subgenre to be made available. This can be done by selecting "Edit Library", clicking the subtitle of the chosen subgenre, and scheduling that subgenre's desired availability in the modal.
Customer Insights (Rockbot Engage Only)
The Customer Insights section of the engagement tab shows a wide range of useful statistics including:
- Most picked songs
- Highest rated songs
- Lowest rated songs
- Most skipped songs
- Top users chart, which includes username, frequency of recent visits, and total visits
- Customer age demographics
- How your venue ranks compared to other venues
