Permissions are set up to allow you and your staff access only to the information pertinent to your job. These are split into 5 sections.
Venue Manager
The venue admin has access to all information and abilities throughout the dashboard. The venue admin is typically the person who created the trial or purchased the subscription.
- View and edit billing information
- Add new locations/subscriptions
Admin
Staff with Admin permissions are allowed to do everything staff with Player, Music, and Marketing permissions can, but can also:
- Add and remove staff
- Set staff permissions
- Edit venue info
- Edit venue power-ups
Music
Staff with Music permissions have the ability to:
- Edit allowed music library
- Create, edit, and schedule stations and playlists
- Ban songs and artists
- Set the energy filter
- Set the explicit lyrics filter
Player
Staff with Player permissions have the ability to:
- Start and stop the player
- Skip songs
- Change the player volume and crossfade
Marketing
Staff with Marketing permissions have the ability to:
- Set daily promotions
- Link social media accounts
- Alter social media share frequency
- Change digital signage settings
All
All staff have access to the dashboard where they can:
- Change their personal profile information
- Suspend Users
- View current queue
- View allowed music genres
- View customer insights
If you are a part of a group, you may notice you don't have access to editing certain stations in the music tab with the warning message, "This station can only be edited at the group level". Even if you created the station, you will only be able to edit it at the group level so that all venues with access to that station receive the changes as well.
