Billing information on the dashboard can only be viewed and edited by the venue admin. The venue admin is typically the user who created the venue via the trial flow or purchased a subscription.
Accessing your billing information
Your billing information can be found by opening the "Venue Settings" menu by clicking the arrow in the top of the side navigation section. Once open, select "Billing" from the menu and you will be routed to the billing page.
Your information is broken down into two columns:
- Your current subscriptions (active and inactive)
- Your current billing information (card and billing address)
For security purposes, none of your card information is saved by Rockbot.
When you change your billing information, the new card / billing address will be used for all of the locations listed in the active subscriptions column.
If you are an enterprise customer, there may not be billing information available if you are invoiced. Unless otherwise instructed, there is no need to enter billing information at this time.
If your card has expired, we will highlight the "Current Card" section to warn you of the expiration. While it might not effect you until the next renewal of your subscription, we don't want you to forget.
Your information is split into two sections - Credit card and billing address information. In order to edit any of this information you will need to fill out all sections of either form. If there are any issues processing your card, contact your CS rep or email email@example.com with either a screenshot or description of the error.
Your subscriptions are split into two sections - Active and inactive subscriptions.
- Purchase player link. If a venue does not have a player, there will be a link to purchase one or to contact sales if you are an invoiced account.
- Sign up link. If a venue's subscription has expired or a subscription was never purchased, it will show in the inactive section. There will either be a link to activate the venue or to contact sales if you are an invoiced account.
