Updating your billing information
Billing information on the dashboard can only be viewed and edited by the venue admin. If you are not the admin and you should be, you can submit a Support Request or give us a call at (415) 813-6020 x1.
Settings Icon > Billing > Payment Info > Update > Edit or Add New Card
Updating the Payment Address
If you are looking to update the address associated with an ACH account or credit card, you will need to follow the steps above and add a new payment method. The new payment method you added will automatically become your default.
Delete Payment Information
You must add a new payment method before you can delete/remove the old one. If you would like to completely remove your current credit card payment information you can follow the above path. You will be able to remove an old/expired, once the new credit card has been added. You can also contact our support team (contact us) and we can do it manually.
Accepted Methods of Payment
As of April 2018, you can set up ACH (checking account) as your preferred payment method. We also accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When you change your billing information, the new card/billing address will be used for all of the locations listed in the active subscriptions column.
If you are an enterprise customer, there may not be billing information available if you are invoiced. Unless otherwise instructed, there is no need to enter billing information at this time.
If your card has expired, we will highlight the "Current Card" section to warn you of the expiration. While it might not affect you until the next renewal of your subscription, we don't want you to forget.
