Depending on your staff role, you can ban an artist or a song from the Remote app.
From the Now Playing
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the album image
- Tap to exclude song from playlist, exclude artist from playlist, ban song from venue or ban artist from venue option
From the Recently Played
- Tap the icon next to the Skip button to view the recent played history and upcoming songs
- Tap any song to ban it from the venue or exclude from playlist
From Banned Music
- Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner
- Click on Banned Music
- Click on the search icon and type in the artist/song you wish to ban from your venue
