Where do I link from?
All Social Media can be set in the "Social Media" section of the "Marketing" tab. If you do not see the "Marketing" tab in your side navigation, your venue does not have the Rockbot Engage subscription and does not have access to this section. Email us or call 415-813-6020 x 2 to upgrade your subscription.
How do I link my Twitter account?
- Once in the "Social Media" section, click "Link Twitter" as seen below.
- Once you have logged in, you will receive the following prompts that you'll need to accept in order to link your business's Twitter account with Rockbot. If you already were logged in, make sure you are linking the correct account.
- Once you've successfully linked your Twitter account, you'll be redirected back to the business social media section of the dashboard.
- Notice, however, that there is some information missing.
- If you would like Rockbot to automatically post to your Twitter Account, select the Twitter checkbox and set the share frequency. Seen below is an example of this where every Saturday is scheduled to share.
- To unlink your account, simply click "Unlink this account" inside the Twitter section of this page.
