If having troubles initially installing your Rockbot Player, if you Rockbot Player stops playing music or you are aware of changes to your network, more than likely the firewall that is blocking the Rockbot Player. Rockbot must have access to the following URLs listed here in order to successfully stream music.
You will need to send your network provider or firewall company our Network Requirements guide. You may need to send them the MAC address to your player which is imprinted on the bottom of the Rockbot Player.
