At times, the player needs to be hard rebooted. Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. In addition, make sure the SD card that is on the side of your Rockbot Player is properly pushed in.
If you are still not able to get your Rockbot Player online, confirm the following:
- Verify that there is music set on your Dashboard and that the Rockbot Player is not scheduled to turn off at this time.
- Verify the Ethernet cable is firmly inserted into the player and the LED lights are active.
- Have you had any firewall changes? If so, please refer to our Firewall guide as there is a list of URLs that need to be whitelisted in order to get your Rockbot Player fully online.
- Reboot your Internet router and/or modem.
