Troubleshoot by following these steps:
- Verify all cables are firmly attached.
- Restart the modem and router.
- Restart the Rockbot player.
Do you have two green LEDs on the side of the player next to your SD card (over PWR and ETH)?
If so, music should start playing in less than 3 mins.
