In order to be able to suspend a user you have to be listed as a "Staff Member" at your venue, and the user you wish to suspend needs to be checked in to your venue at that time.
- Log into your dashboard.
- Click on the "Current DJs" widget on your main Dashboard page (Home Icon).
- All of the current users that have checked in to your venue will be listed. Click on the user you wish to suspend.
The first time the user is suspended they will not be able to use the Rockbot user app for 4 hours, the second time they will be banned for 24 hours, the third time for 7 days. If this user presents a continuous issue at your venue, reach out to us through live chat or by emailing support@rockbot.com.
