Is the song playing right now?
First things first, ban or skip the song in question ASAP.
Next, you can flag that song within the Rockbot Web Dashboard (rockbot.com > Login Upper Right > Home Icon). Expand the blue queue of active music. Next to the song you will see 3 dots with some additional ban/exclude options. (Image below)
You can also do this via our white Rockbot Remote App by locating the same three dots next to an active song.
No, the song played a few hours ago. (last 12 hours)
Go to your Rockbot Web Dashboard (rockbot.com > Login Upper Right > Home Icon). Locate the Recently Played section. Click the 3 dots within this view or expand to go back further.
No, the song played over the weekend. (12+ hours)
