Where should I start?
- The best starting point is to set your music. This guide will take you through the process step-by-step so that you, and your customers, can have the best experience.
- Once you have the music set to your liking, it's time to rock! If you would like to control your music through a phone, download the Remote App to do so with ease. Hook up your speaker system and start the player from the Remote App or the Web Player on your Dashboard and enjoy the music!
What is the Rockbot Request App?
- Download and explore the Rockbot Request App, and check in at the Rockbot HQ to get a feel for our Rockbot Request product.
- If you are interested in allowing your customers to engage with the music at your venue, make sure to further curate the music available for them. This guide will help you to set up the music library for your venue.
How long does my trial last?
Your trial will last for 7 days. This should give you a taste of what Rockbot has to offer.
What happens after the trial ends?
It's over so soon! Sadly so, but not to worry. We will keep all of your settings and if you decide you want to subscribe, fill out the buy flow form by clicking the "Buy Now" button at the top of your Dashboard.
