Customer Engagement
Fellow DJ Users can up-vote/down-vote on the songs in the queue for free. The votes and other activity on the system automatically influence the stream of music so that engaged customers will hear their favorited songs on every visit.
Venue Check-in
DJ Users are given 2 free shuffle picks per day when they check into a participating Rockbot venue. *Note: 20 shuffle picks are the most you can bank at a time.
There are 2 main ways to select a shuffle pick:
- A DJ User can select an ARTIST they would like to play and then the Rockbot algorithms will select a song from that artist.
- A DJ User can select a PLAYLIST they would like the Rockbot algorithms to select a song from.
Social Media / Refer a Friend
New Rockbot users get free credits and can earn more for actions like linking their social media accounts and referring a friend to use Rockbot.
QR Codes
A Rockbot QR code contains a selected amount of free credits that are uploaded to users account after being scanned with their QR scanner in the Rockbot user app.
