Location Pages are created automatically when you add a new location to Rockbot. No setup is required.
Depending on the information available, a Location Page may include:
- Business name, photos, website, phone number, hours, and address
- Live Now Playing information
- Top artists, playlists, and genres played at the location
- Rockbot Request usage summary
- Customer reviews
Rockbot settings and details are updated automatically and frequently; data pulled from third parties may be incomplete or out of date.
How Do I Update or Hide My Location Page?
All information related to Rockbot Music and Request is updated automatically every month. To request updates or changes to a Location Page generated for your business, please contact Rockbot Support.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the business name or address incorrect?
Your business name and address are pulled directly from Google Places. You can update Places information through your Google Business Profile. If the page appears to correspond to an incorrect business, please contact Rockbot Support.
Why doesn't my Location Page show photos, hours, or reviews?
If these sections are missing, it usually means a matching Google Places listing could not be confirmed. The page will still display Rockbot information, such as music details and other available content.
Will the photos, hours, or reviews be updated immediately after changing my Google Business Profile?
Rockbot periodically refreshes information from Google Places, so changes made to a Google Business Profile may take some time to appear on the Location Page.
Can the music information be edited?
Music information is generated automatically from the location's Rockbot configuration. Changes to playlists or schedules will be reflected automatically over time.
Can the Location Page be made private?
Yes. Contact Rockbot Support to request that a Location Page be hidden from public view.
