To suspend a user, you must be listed as a Staff Member at your venue.
- Log into the Rockbot Remote App on your Apple Device or Android Device.
- Once logged into your venue, click on the More button on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Recent Guests.
- Select the user you want to Ban or Suspend.
- To Suspend Guest - The first time the user is suspended, they will not be able to use the Rockbot Request App for 4 hours. The second time, they will be banned for 24 hours. The third time, for 7 days.
- To Permanently Ban Guest - Utilize this to permanently ban any user from requesting music on your site.
