An audio hours schedule dictates the intervals of time in which a zone’s player audio (both Music and Audio Messaging!) is active. This does not affect audio from Rockbot TV or Digital Signage content.
Each interval consists of a Start and Stop time. At the beginning of an interval, the player receives a remote Start command and will play its currently scheduled audio. At the end of an interval, audio will automatically stop until the next scheduled interval.
When multiple time intervals are established for a given day, the zone’s player will start and stop audio automatically based on the scheduled times. Outside of these timeframes, the player’s audio is silenced unless a user manually activates the player.
Note: Users with the appropriate permissions may start and stop the player manually, but the player will still respect the next interval defined in its audio hours schedule. Learn More.
