Rockbot Players are designed to stay up-to-date and responsive through a daily Auto-Reload function. Each day around 3:00 AM (local time), the Auto-Reload Display command is automatically sent to all connected Players. This helps ensure the system is running smoothly and prevents issues with screen burn.
How to manually reload your Player
In some cases (such as after making changes to the device configuration or content settings), you may want to manually trigger a reload without waiting for the nightly auto-reload.
To do this:
Sign in at dashboard.rockbot.com.
Open the location you wish to reload.
Click on Troubleshoot Player.
Click to "Tools" icon next to the player status
Click the “Reload Display” button to send the command immediately.
This is especially helpful when troubleshooting or verifying that recent changes have taken effect.
If the Player does not reload after a manual command, please ensure it is online and connected to the internet.
