The Add New Location feature makes it possible to purchase and activate an additional Location directly through the Rockbot Dashboard. This means you can quickly and easily add additional Zones to your account and start streaming music in minutes.
The option is accessed from a Zone’s Billing tab (located under Settings & More) and is available to the Zone’s Primary Admin.
Add a New Location
Step 1: From the Billing tab (located under Settings & More in your Zone dashboard), select Add New Location in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Choose the product(s) and hardware for the new Location, then select Continue to Shipping.
Step 3: The account name will be prefilled but may be edited if desired. Provide:
- Location details
- Location address
- Shipping address (if applicable)
- Shipping method
After entering all required information, select Continue to Order Form & Payment.
Step 4: An existing payment method on file can be used, or a new one can be added. After payment selection is confirmed, select the Place Your Order button and your new Zone will be created.
Can this be used to add hardware/products to an existing Location?
Only if the location does not already have a Rockbot Player. This feature is intended for adding new Locations.
Who will have staff permissions for the new Zone?
The Primary Admin will be automatically assigned as the same Admin as the current Zone. Additional staff can be added once the new Zone is created. Learn More.
Can I use a different Payment Method for the new Zone?
Yes, when you are adding a new Zone you can choose to add additional payment methods, and choose which of your Zones use each method. Learn more.
