If you already have a BrightSign media player managed through BSN.cloud, it can be provisioned to work with Rockbot — no additional hardware purchase required.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your BSN.cloud account
- The BrightSign device serial number or device ID
- A Rockbot account with an available zone assigned to the location
- Your network is configured per the Rockbot Network Requirements

After provisioning, allow up to 20 minutes for the player to download content and begin playback.
