Depending on your staff role, you can exclude an artist or a song from the dashboard.
From the Excluded Tab Under Music
- Type in the artist/song you'd like to exclude, select Exclude Song or Exclude Artist
From the Playback History Under Music
- Tap the three dots next to the date/time the track played
- Select the choice of excluding the artist or just the song from the venue
Under the Top Music Button
- Click on the three dots next to the 'skip' button on the top/center of your screen
- Exclude the song or artist from your venue or playlist
