What does it do?
Applying an energy filter is a quick and easy way to create a specific vibe and tempo for your business. This feature will filter the energy level of the music in your set schedule(s).
Example: You added the "Top Radio Hits" playlist with 138 songs and your Energy Filter is set to "Relaxed". This means the entire playlist of 138 will be reduced and you will only hear songs from the playlist identified as relaxed.
This feature is only accessible at dashboard.rockbot.com.
How it works.
Rockbot's music library contains a number of tags, one of which is related to the specific tempo/pace of a song. When an energy filter is applied, only songs meeting the set filter requirements will play.
Recommendation: If you are happy with your current music mix and want to maximize your playable library, we recommend setting your Energy Filter at "Anything Goes".
Important to note.
Keep in mind, the filter will remove the content that does not pertain to the threshold you have enabled. For example, you may have a schedule with 1,000 songs and an energy filter set to "Very High Energy". Of those 1,000 songs, only 300 of them may play because they are the only ones meeting that energy filter.
