Rockbot’s Campaign Settings help you control what content plays on your screens, when it plays, and in what order. These settings make it easy to create a digital signage experience that fits your exact needs.
Campaign Scheduling
Scheduling Campaigns determines when they will appear.
The most basic schedule is "Every Day" and "All Hours". With these settings, the campaign will begin running immediately and play during all business hours.
You can also set a start date in the future, schedule an end date, limit the campaign to specific hours, and more. Learn More.
Set Asset Order
"On, Drag to Reorder":
- You can re-arrange assets in the campaign's Display Asset Queue by dragging and dropping.
- When the campaign plays, assets will play in the order they are arranged.
"Off, Randomized":
- Assets are played in a randomized order.

Assets will not repeat until every asset in the campaign has played.
Play 1 / Play All
Rockbot gives you more control over how your digital signage content plays with two options: Play 1 and Play All. These settings help you mix content from different campaigns on the same screen in new ways to keep things fresh.
When a campaign uses Play All, every image or video asset in that campaign will play one after the other. With Play 1, only one asset from the campaign plays each time it runs. Learn More.
