Rockbot Music is licensed for full catalog use in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand. If your business is headquartered in North America, you may also use Rockbot's limited international music service for locations outside North America.
Note: Rockbot Request is not available for international locations.
If your business is located outside the US, local music licensing requirements apply in addition to the coverage Rockbot provides. Most countries require businesses to obtain their own location-specific licenses directly from local Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) or equivalent music rights bodies — covering all types of music use at that location.
This means Rockbot's service can still be used internationally where available, but it does not replace the local licensing obligations your business has in that country.
What Should I Do If I Operate Internationally?
Contact the music licensing authority in your country to understand what licenses are required for your business. The requirements vary significantly by country. If you're unsure where to start, our support team can help point you in the right direction.
