Multiple payment methods can be added during the ordering process, and different Zones may use different payment methods if needed. To change payment methods of existing Zones, follow the instructions here.
Note: At this time, we are not able to support splitting payments across multiple payment methods for one location.
When adding a new payment method, the card or ACH details are reflected for each of the Zones that are currently billed through that method. Editing a payment method used by subscribed Zones will update the payment method on file for all Zones associated with that payment method. Once associated with a Zone, a payment method can be edited within the Dashboard, but not removed. This prevents active subscriptions from losing a valid billing method.
Only one additional payment method may be added at a time, and the newly added method must be associated with a Zone before another payment method can be added.
Can a payment method be removed?
No. Payment methods can only be edited. Deletion is not available.
Who can add additional payment methods?
Any user completing the buy flow may add a new payment method if existing methods are already associated with a Zone. Primary Admins and users with the Billing role are able to edit the payment method within the Dashboard.
