Any user with the Billing Role or the Primary Admin Role can access past invoices and receipts via the Billing header under the “Settings” section of the Dashboard.
- Open your Venue’s Dashboard.
- Use the left side menu to navigate to the Settings page.
- Open the Billing Tab
- Click on the Invoice Number for the Invoice you want to download
Note: You cannot access your Invoices through a Group Dashboard
What if I do not have a Rockbot login or a Billing user Role?
If you do not have a Rockbot account, please have the Primary Admin add you as a Staff Member for this location. Learn More.
If you have a Rockbot login but do not have access to the Billing portal, your Primary Admin will either need to grant you Billing permissions or update the payment information for you.
