Typically, Web Player issues are caused by one of two issues.
First, if there is not enough bandwidth available at your site you may notice playback issues. Even small or intermittent network dropouts during the day can interrupt the Web Player, which does not have an active song buffer.
Second, the Web Player might not have access to all of the secure servers needed to stream audio. Please ensure your network and firewall(s) comply with the Rockbot Network Requirements.
