If your Rockbot system or player is set to non-stop, 24/7 but still turning off, there could be a few things going on. We've listed the most common culprits for you below:
- Your computer or streaming device turning off or going into sleep mode
- Your WiFi reboots during the night
- Your DNS and DHCP refresh every night
If you have a Rockbot Player you may experience this less since your player can pull from the backup SD card while the system updates. If you are streaming through the internet, you may need to manually hit play to restart your system from time to time.
