Updating/Changing your billing information
Billing information on the dashboard can only be viewed and edited by the venue admin. While logged in to your account on rockbot.com, click here to edit your billing information. Otherwise, you can follow this path:
Top Left Corner > Venue Settings > Billing > Payment Info > Update > Edit or Add New Card
Delete Credit Card Information
If you would like to completely remove your current credit card payment information you can follow the above path. You will be able to remove an old/expired, once the new credit card has been added. You can also contact our support team (contact us) and we can do it manually.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When you change your billing information, the new card/billing address will be used for all of the locations listed in the active subscriptions column.
If you are an enterprise customer, there may not be billing information available if you are invoiced. Unless otherwise instructed, there is no need to enter billing information at this time.
If your card has expired, we will highlight the "Current Card" section to warn you of the expiration. While it might not affect you until the next renewal of your subscription, we don't want you to forget.
