If you are unable to play music on your trial, check to make sure that you have done these steps:

Verify your email address (check your spam folder) via the email you received in your inbox

Note: You may need to refresh your screen once you verify your email address

Update your firewall

Firewalls may block the services that you need to stream music from Rockbot. Please refer to our Network Requirements to get a list for your firewall settings.
