To follow along with this guide, sign in at dashboard.rockbot.com and open your venue's dashboard.
The Campaign builder is where you create and edit Campaigns. It is launched when you create a new campaign, either from the Asset Library or the Campaign Browser. You can also click on a campaign's name in the Campaign Browser to edit an existing campaign.
If you already added Assets to your Campaign, they will appear when you load the Campaign for the first time. You can also add assets to your campaign at any time using the “Add New Assets” Button in the Campaign builder.
Once your Assets are in place, you have several options available.
Editing Assets
You can launch the asset editor by clicking on the "more" menu (the three dots "...") on each asset. This will return you to the asset library and launch the asset editor.
Publishing Campaigns
Until your Campaign is Published it exists in as a Draft where only you can see it. Once a campaign is published, other users will be able to see and edit it (if they have appropriate permissions).
When you publish a Campaign you will be asked to confirm its settings and have the choice to either go back or publish.
If you are on the Group version of the Marketing tool, Publishing will also ask you to confirm which Zones are Subscribed to the Campaign.
By default, Campaigns are scheduled to run indefinitely. If your campaign is for specific events or times, you can schedule campaigns for dates in the future or to run at specific times. Learn More
