Managing Linked Accounts in the Dashboard
You can view and manage all your connected music service accounts in one place:
- Click on your Account icon in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Linked Accounts tab.
- Spotify and Apple Music will appear here if your venue has an active Music subscription.
- Click “Connect” to link a new Spotify or Apple Music account.
Click “Disconnect” to remove Rockbot’s access to a linked Spotify or Apple Music account.
Follow the removal instructions below to fully remove access from either service.
Switch to a Different Spotify or Apple Music Account
If you want to connect a different Spotify or Apple Music account:
- Click on your Account icon in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Linked Accounts tab.
- Spotify and Apple Music will appear here if your venue has an active Music subscription.
- “Disconnect” your current linked account and then “Connect” to link a new Spotify or Apple Music account.
Remove Your Spotify Account from Rockbot
If you want to completely unlink Spotify from Rockbot, you will need to remove access from Spotify's side:

Go to Spotify's Manage Apps page
- Or: Go to Account > Security & Privacy > Manage Apps within Spotify settings.
- Find FreeYourMusic in the list.
- Click Remove Access.
Note: It may take up to an hour for Spotify to fully remove the connection. After that, your Spotify account will no longer be linked to Rockbot.
Remove Your Apple Music Account from Rockbot
If you want to completely unlink Apple Music from Rockbot, you will need to remove access from your iOS/macOS device:
- On your Apple device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Media & Apple Music

Remove access as needed:
- Toggle off Rockbot to revoke Rockbot Request app access
- Toggle off Rockbot Remote, to revoke Rockbot Remote app access
Go to the Apple Music app - Account Settings - Account Access to remove FreeYourMusic
Note: It may take some time for the change to fully take effect. After that, your Apple Music account will no longer be linked to Rockbot.
