Rockbot supports select Samsung displays running Tizen OS. Compatibility depends on both the display model and the Tizen OS version installed on the device.
Rockbot signage is compatible with the following Samsung commercial display series:
- QBC Series
- QMC Series
- QHC Series
These Tizen displays are designed for professional digital signage environments and support the Rockbot content platform.
The Samsung BE (Business) Series is not supported for Rockbot signage.
Additionally, any display running Tizen OS versions below 4.5 is not compatible with Rockbot.

Orientation
Rockbot Digital Signage content can be displayed in landscape or portrait mode on Tizen OS. Ensure the Tizen Settings are set to the desired orientation.
Unlinking a Tizen Device
If a Tizen device needs to be removed from a Rockbot venue, the device can be unlinked here.
Follow the instructions on that page to disconnect the display from the current venue before linking it again or assigning it to a different location.
