Depending on your staff role, you can exclude an artist or a song from the Remote app.
From the Now Playing
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the album image
- Tap the exclusion option that fits your needs
From the Recently Played
- Tap the icon next to the Skip button to view the recently played history and upcoming songs
- Tap any song to exclude it from the venue or playlist
From Excluded Music
- Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner
- Click on Excluded Music
- Click on the search icon and type in the artist/song you wish to exclude from your venue
