Rockbot automatically filters usernames for explicit words but the creativity of users can bypass our automated checks. If you notice a username that is inappropriate at your venue follow the below steps to flag it for removal.
Rockbot Remote App
First things first, you will need to install the Rockbot Remote App for iOS or Android.
Next, you can flag a username by navigating to the Recent Guests section of the Remote App. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Sign in to your Venue
2. Navigate to your venue Options (click the menu in the bottom right corner):
3. Choose the Recent Guests option:
4. Find and select the user with an inappropriate name:
5. Choose Flag Username from the options:
Once you have flagged the username, that name will no longer be displayed and will be reviewed by our team to ensure that it is changed to a suitable alternative.
