Anyone with Staff Permissions can skip songs. However, due to licensing agreements, only six songs are allowed to be skipped per hour. In addition to the limit on the number of skips, there is a 15-second delay after you skip a song before you can skip another song.

Select the Purple 'Skip' button found next to the 'stop' button on the top of your dashboard

Select the Purple 'Skip' button found in the bottom center of your app

If you are frequently hitting the skip limit or find that you are excluding lots of songs, please contact our support team at support@rockbot.com to help better customize your music library.
Temporary Stop
By clicking the Stop button, you may also choose to start a Temporary Stop. Audio will remain off for the duration of the stop, even if music would normally start again based on the zone’s Audio Hours schedule. Audio will resume when the Temporary Stop has elapsed.
