When logging into an account without Multifactor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you will be prompted to set up a second authentication method using either an Authenticator App or SMS (text message).
If your organization has enabled mandatory MFA usage, this setup will be required the next time you log in. In either case, you may choose to have your device remembered for 30 days.
If you have already disabled this initial login notification, navigate to the Account tab (bottom left of your browser) at dashboard.rockbot.com
Authenticator App
Multifactor Authentication can be set up by scanning the generated QR code using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) or by entering the key generated beneath the QR code into the authenticator.
You must then submit the resulting 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to verify your identity. These codes are automatically generated and expire quickly. If you attempt to use an expired or incorrect 6-digit code, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.
You may also opt to use SMS Verification, which will send you a text message with your authentication code.
Backup Key
The first time you set up MFA, you will be given a Backup Key. Save this key somewhere safe, as you will need it to recover your account in the event you lose access to your chosen MFA method. For security purposes, this key is only generated once, and cannot be accessed again later. Learn More
