Disabling Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is not recommended. Your account will be more vulnerable to unauthorized access.
Note: If MFA usage is mandatory due to your group's settings, it cannot be disabled on individual accounts associated with the group.
If you have previously set up MFA and wish to disable it, follow these steps.
- Navigate to dashboard.rockbot.com
- Open the Account page from the left side menu.
- Open the Multifactor Authentication tab
- Click the Disable button to the right of the Authenticator App.
