Rockbot makes it easy for groups to enforce mandatory usage of MFA across all Staff User Accounts. Only users with admin permissions are able to adjust MFA enforcement. Once enabled, all Staff Accounts associated with the group (including Staff at sub-groups and zones) will be required to enable MFA the next time they log in.
To enable mandatory MFA usage for your group, follow these steps:
- Login to your group's Rockbot Dashboard (dashboard.rockbot.com) on an account with Admin permissions.
- Navigate to the Settings & More tab via the left sidebar menu.
- Open the Security tab.
- Enable the righthand toggle under Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
Note: If you do not see a ‘Security’ tab under Settings & More, your account likely does not have admin permissions, or you are viewing an individual zone’s settings rather than your group’s settings.
