If you have enabled MFA and lost access to your authentication method (such as losing your phone) you will be unable to sign into Rockbot until we can verify your identity.
To recover an account with Multifactor Authentication enabled, navigate to the sign in page at rockbot.com, and once prompted for your 6-digit authentication code, click on Use your Recovery Code.
Then, enter the Backup Key provided when you enabled MFA when prompted.
If you’ve lost access to your Backup Key, you can recover access to your account by verifying your identity. Click the button labeled "forgot your recovery code? Click here to reset" on either the recovery code window or the original MFA window.
You will receive an email to your Rockbot account's email address that will allow you to reset your account's MFA setup. You will then be able to redo the first time MFA setup for your account and receive a new backup code.
