What is Syncing?
When you sync a playlist, Rockbot will match the source songs to the songs in our database. If we're unsure of the correct match during that process, pick from a list of available options. If we don't have the right match, we'll add it to your playlist when it becomes available.
Please be mindful of the differences between a business and a personal playlist.
A business playlist should:
- play for longer durations
- have enough variety to avoid repetition
- periodically expand playlists after they are synced using tools within Dashboard
Your Apple Music playlists are safe – syncing with Rockbot is a one-way street. While your Rockbot playlists will automatically update to match any changes you make in Apple Music, nothing from Rockbot will ever affect your Apple Music library. Just keep managing your music in Apple Music like you normally do, and we'll handle the rest.
